Dogs are welcome in some room categories by prior arrangement. They are not allowed in dining rooms and lounges. The price is €30 per day, excluding food.

We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if necessary. Please note: Muzzles are compulsory on public buses and trains.

Your room will be ready from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 10.30 a.m.

We will try to accommodate room requests, but it is not possible to guarantee specific room numbers, floors or restaurant tables.

Free outdoor parking is available in front of the hotel. Underground parking is already included in the cost for selected rooms, especially in our more spacious room categories.

For all other rooms, an underground parking space can be booked for €10 per day, subject to availability.

Please let us know when you make your booking, or in good time before your arrival, if you would like to reserve underground parking.

Please inform us about changes in good time, and we will try to be accommodating.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
• Less than 1 month before arrival, we charge 50% of the cost of your holiday; the same applies to early departure.

Please understand that if you do not make use of spa and beauty treatments without cancelling in good time (up to 1 day in advance), 50% of the price will be charged.

The tourist tax is €4 per person per night and is charged separately.

You can pay your bill in cash, or by debit, AMEX or credit card (VISA, MasterCard). Prices and programmes are subject to change and typos.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
