FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS

  • References to the generally applicable rules of conduct provided by standees, signs, posts, floor markings or other aids such as loudspeaker announcements at entrance and exit areas, guidance systems at the cash desks and waiting areas.
  • In the waiting areas and in the mountain gondolas, a mask is absolutely required. The nose and mouth cover must be put on during the entire gondola ride.
  • Gletscherexpress will run in the shortest possible interval (every 10 minutes); during peak season and when there are high numbers of guests, lift operation starts at 7.00 am in order to avoid crowded cabins, the transport capacity is restricted and access is controlled.
  • Surfaces of mountain lift equipment as well as door and window handles and light switches are cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.
  • Regular airing in the station building (weather permitting!).
  • Sanitary facilities are provided with sufficient soap and are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals
  • The mountain lift staff and all employees in the catering area wear face masks/visors and are constantly trained and reminded of the COVID-19 hygiene measures and general guidelines.
  • The "Wildspitz" and "Kristall" glacier restaurants are open and offer plenty of space.
  • In times of COVID-19 there is no après-ski atmosphere in the ski area and at the umbrella bar. The umbrella bar on the sun terrace of the "Kristall" restaurant is operated similar to a homey coffee house or lounge bar.
  • Additionally, they plan to open the Rifflsee Ski Area as early as possible on the busy weekends. However, it strongly depends on the weather and snow conditions
